Mediation Services: Fees

Minimum charge of 6 hours for full-day

Minimum charge of 3 hours for half-day

All fees include: (1) time spent at the mediation; (2) preparation for the mediation; (3) preparation of documents after the mediation; discussions and telephone/virtual conferences with all parties involved, before, during, or after the mediation.  Hourly fees will be billed in quarter-hour increments.  All mediator fees are split evenly between the parties, unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy: If the mediation is canceled seven days or less prior to the mediation, a minimum fee of $800 (half-day) or $1,600 (full-day) will be charged to the canceling party.  The cancellation fee will be evenly split if the parties stipulate to the cancellation.
